She completed her graduation in Accounting & Commerce from Bangalore University. Before joining Aastrika, she was associated with Narayana Healthcare, Bangalore, as Deputy Manager of Marketing.
In her work with Narayana Healthcare, Baviya has been involved in managing multiple stakeholders. She spends her leisure time listening to music and cooking.
Prathima is Aastrika Midwifery Centre’s Patient Care and Administrative Coordinator. She has 7 years of experience with sales and patient care coordination in the health care industry.
Prathima holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce. In her spare time, she likes dancing and listening to music.
Bhavani is Aastrika Midwifery Centre’s Patient Care and Administrative Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is starting her career at the centre. She loves music and aspires to study further.
Bhagya Lakshmi comes with 4 years of work experience in the Product and Service industry. Prior to Aastrika, she worked in The Organic World, WIN Max Solutions, and Magic Info Solutions.
Sachil holds a B.Com degree from St. Joseph’s College and brings over 15 years of accounting experience with firms such as KEN Associates, RR Gold Palace, and Shivoham Firm.
He specializes in accounting operations, financial reporting, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, MIS preparation, payroll, and financial statement management. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Tally, he also has hands-on experience in GST compliance, taxation support, invoice verification, and maintaining statutory records.
Outside of work, he enjoys riding, travelling, and listening to music.
Reshma holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Kovai Medical Centre & Hospital and has gained valuable professional experience as an Administration Officer at OMS Hospital. Over the years, she has developed expertise in hospital administration, employee coordination, operational management, and organizational support.
Originally from Ooty and currently based in Bangalore, she enjoys watching movies, listening to music, and exploring new destinations in her free time.
Parthiban is in charge of housekeeping, meeting arrangements, building maintenance, and office supplies and supports the entire office administration and team functions.
He is a passionate and quick learner.
Prema is part of the housekeeping team at Aastrika Midwifery Centre. She takes care of the maintenance, supplies and other logistics at the centre. She is a keen observer and a quick learner.
